Teacher Eligibility Test or TET is one of the high standard job competitive exams for the teachers, held two times in a year. The purpose of examination is to recruit high quality and knowledgeable teachers. There are two exams conducted to test the ability of teachers, and these are Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) and the State Teacher Eligibility Test (STET). The Ministry of Human Resource Development, Govt. of India has entrusted the task of conducting the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) to the Central Board of Secondary Education, Delhi. STET is conducted by individual states namely UP, Bihar, Haryana and many more. All questions asked in TET test will have Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs), and every question will carry one mark. There will be four alternatives provided, out of which only one answer is correct. There is no negative marking for any incorrect answer. There is no doubt on the fact that TET is a tough and quite complex exam. Sincere efforts and clear strategy drawn by the aspirants will only make them successful in CTET and STET.
